2. (Optional) Refrigerate the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. This makes it easier to handle.
3. Roll into balls and put them on a baking tray with baking sheet, flatten very lightly.
4. Bake in a 175 degree Celsius oven, for 8-15 minutes (different ovens = different times). They should be golden around the edges, but not brown. They burn easily, so be careful.
5. Let cool.
